We have been using Vet Med for the last 13 years. Unfortunately we were frequent flyers their - gold level as our beautiful Sadie dog had cancer. The love and attention which she was given by Dr Alex and Dr Andrew was simply amazing and I would recommend you to take your best friend to Vetmed Lindfield. Kathy

We came to VetMed - West Lindfield for a second opinion when our beautiful, gentle rescue dog Sheba was extremely unwell. From the very first phone call with Mackenzie, and then meeting Dr Alex shortly after arriving, we were met with nothing but kindness, professionalism and genuine care. Alex took the time to carefully listen to the full backstory of what had been happening with Sheba. Through a simple blood test, her clinical assessment, and the symptoms we described, she compassionately but clearly explained that Sheba had likely suffered a massive internal bleed due to an abdominal tumour. It was devastating news, but Alex communicated everything with such clarity and empathy, helping us understand that euthanasia was the only humane option. She gave us the time and space we needed to process this heartbreaking outcome, never rushing us. The following day, Alex even rearranged her schedule to fit us in for the procedure. Again, we were given all the time we needed to say goodbye to Sheba peacefully and with dignity. Throughout it all, Alex showed extraordinary compassion and sensitivity to our loss. We were very impressed with Vetmed Lindfield West — an outstanding practice — and the exceptional care provided by both Jamie and Dr. Alex Fletcher. Jamie, as senior nurse and manager, was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. From the very first interaction, she created a welcoming, supportive, and reassuring environment. She wasn’t just doing her job — it was clear she genuinely cares about both the animals and the people who walk through the door. Her calm and confident presence immediately put Bruno and Bella (and us, too! 😊) at ease. Dr. Alex Fletcher, Senior Veterinary Surgeon, was exceptional — compassionate, thorough, and very gentle with both Bruno and Bella. She took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and we could see that she genuinely cared. Her extensive knowledge and expertise, combined with her calm energy, left us completely reassured. Both Jamie and Dr. Alex Fletcher gave us complete confidence that our pets were in the best possible hands. Thank you for providing such outstanding care. 🐾♥️

We can’t recommend Dr. Andrew and his amazing team enough! He is hands down the best vet we’ve ever met. Incredibly kind, patient and always takes the time to comfort our dog, TJ, who absolutely loves him! and it’s so clear how much he genuinely cares. All the staff at the clinic are just as lovely friendly, professional, and welcoming every single time. We feel so lucky to have found this place. Love from TJ and his humans 🐾💛
