My wonderfull black greyhound ‘Roscoe’ was behaving in a most unsettled manner, early in May. I took him down to my excellent Vets on Crown surgery feeling worried. Roscoe wasn’t sleeping much and suddenly preferred standing to lying down. His stressed behaviour came out of the blue. Dr Nima Rahami checked him over and recommended blood tests, which I readily accepted. My boy had good results and the doc provided a sleeper pill for a week. I thank him for his kind manner as he treated my dog to reduce nervous agitation. All went well for about a week as Roscoe had relaxed somewhat, being more like his good old healthy self. However my beaut nine-and-a-half year old ‘track hound’ became restless again and now he would not sit down unless I coaxed him. Fretting, I returned to my vet. Dr Emily White received Roscoe amiably and treated him most gently. The thing here is, both Dr Nima and Dr Emily gave us time and explained things in detail. They had every diagnostic tool available in-house and provided my hound with excellent care. After an X-ray we found that my aging Roscoe had developed fluid around his heart and in his right lung. Chloe was amazing from the start. Super kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She really took the time to understand TT and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, which instantly put me at ease. I’ve been going to Vets On Crown for years and she definitely stands out. not only for how knowledgeable she is, but for how warm and easy she is to talk to. Thank you so much for your time, Chloe. Great care. We take our Max there every week for day care. He loves it! And so do we! We recently had to have his teeth cleaned and the whole procedure was handled so well. We were well informed and kept up to date all the way through. Including advice and education on cleaning his teeth at home. Andrew the Vet was exceptionally helpful and great at explaining things . Five stars well deserved.

I am very sad to have this very bad experience. I brought my cat to the hospital for a bladder examination. After the examination, I took my cat home. When I got home, I found that my cat had a needle in his left hand! This is a very serious mistake! We tried to communicate with the hospital! The hospital only shirked responsibility. The reply was that they thought we would go back for surgery, so they left the needle. But on the day of the consultation, it was not certain that my cat had bladder stones, why did the hospital determine that we would definitely go back for surgery? During the treatment process, we did not have a deep understanding of anything about the surgery! Even the doctor thought that we should wait until the report came out before making the next decision! Moreover, after the consultation, we confirmed with the nurse many times whether we needed to go back to the clinic the next day, and the answer we got from the nurse was no. If we didn't need to, there was no reason to leave the needle in my cat's hand! This is a serious medical accident! And I found about four needle holes on both hands of the cat! And there were bruises around the needle holes! I should ha

Exceptional care and a convenient location right on the corner of Main Street, making it easy to find and access. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the veterinarians provided outstanding care for my beloved service dog. As a veteran service dog, his well-being is of the utmost importance to me, and I’m very selective about who I trust with him. The owner, Omid, went above and beyond during a difficult moment. Seeing that I was distressed as an Aussie Army veteran, he stayed by my side throughout the process, ensuring I received a clear diagnosis and expert advice on surgery and specialist options. His kindness, empathy, and personal attention made a world of difference. I truly couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough. Their professionalism, care, and understanding put me at ease during an anxious time — probably more anxious than my dog! I am deeply grateful for the support and exceptional service they provided and also the well considered path forward they have suggested that will deliver the best possible outcome for my beloved fur baby.
