Friendly and helpful staff, with a great selection of items. Much better value than the Red Cross.

Staff 'Nina' was complaint regarding an incident involving a volunteer named Nina at your Paddington store today, 11 May 2026, at approximately 9:40 AM. I have been a loyal, regular customer at this store for over two years. However, my experience today was not only embarrassing but deeply offensive. Beyond the intrusive questions about whether I was a "salesman" or "collecting for sale," I was most disturbed by Nina’s overall demeanor. She looked at me with a gaze that I can only describe as contemptuous and racially prejudiced. It felt as though I was being targeted and scrutinized not based on my actions, but because of my background. This "scanning" of my presence made me feel like a suspect rather than a customer. Furthermore: * Hostile Attitude: Her tone was unnecessarily rude when she told me not to put my basket down, citing "danger" in an empty store. It felt like a pretext to harass me. * Public Disturbance: She conducted a very loud, private phone call in another language, showing a complete lack of respect for the retail environment and the customers present. Pricey but there’s a wide range of clothing here. I found a couple of Coldplay CDs here for a good price of $4 each along with R.E.M, James Blunt, Alanis Morissette and many more. The staff here are friendly as well.

Pricey but quality items which are well organised inside an old church. There's a good range of basic homewares for anyone setting up a home. Worth a look.
