Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We were clearly advised when booking that we needed to arrive 15 minutes early, and this was also stated in the information and documents we received. We arrived at 9:40am for our 10:00am booking. At 9:41am I called and left a message, then called again at 9:42am, but received no answer and no return call. We waited until 10:00am, but with another appointment booked afterwards and a very full day planned to celebrate my partner’s birthday, we unfortunately had to leave. What was particularly frustrating was that at approximately 10:01am, as we were leaving, the staff member who appeared to be running the session arrived and entered the lift with us. He gave no indication that he was expecting customers or that anyone had been waiting for him. Given that we had followed the instructions to arrive early and had tried multiple times to contact the venue, this was extremely disappointing. We understand that things can happen, but there was no communication, no acknowledgement and ultimately we missed the experience we had booked. A simple phone call or some communication would have made a significant difference. In hindsight, I

Had such a great time. Kids loved Time travel 1. They loved how you could pick things up and throw stuff. The young man who worked there was very friendly, helpful and approachable. Will be back for sure!

Great immersive experience, easy to use and lots of different themed game stages. A must try and anyone keen or after fun family-friendly activities. Definitely will be back again!!

Awesome group experience the press start to play was a good introduction and had a little of everything in it highly recommend. Alex was a good host friendly, knowledgeable. Great experience

VERY disappointing! After being excited the whole day my group and I walked into the establishment to find the worker who looked like he didn’t want to be there. Worker acted like we ruined his day by using the service!! Headsets were stinky, sweaty and sticky and the visual were blurry even after adjustments. After my friend had a medical issue the worker did not pause the game and we got less then fourty minutes of play time. We felt upset and like we didn’t get the full experience due to the poor customer service. Not worth the effort or money. Felt ripped off!!! Would rate it less if I could.
