I recently visited for a work trip with a group of 10 colleagues, and we had the most amazing meal and experience! The food was absolutely spectacular, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service we received from Babu. He was incredibly lovely, kind, accommodating and went above and beyond to make our experience so special. I honestly can’t remember the last time I received such wonderful service in a restaurant. Babu is an absolute credit to the team, and we are so grateful for everything he did for us. Thank you so much, Babu! You made our night! ⭐️

Not impressed with this hotel. The 1st issue was that I went to have a cup of coffee & the milk supplied in the fridge just plopped solid into my coffee & sunk to the bottom. It was 5 months out of date. 5 MONTHS. I took the rest of the milk to reception to complain & was issued with a half cup of milk to get me by, so I could have a coffee. No apology or admission of guilt, but I appreciated that my issue was sorted, BUT the next night the milk had been replenished in my room with milk that was then 2 months out of date and I am like "Are you serious?". This says a lot about how much management really care about issues. The 2nd issue is that I went to pay for my $26 dollar room service bill, but was told that the bill was $35. I asked if he wanted me to go and get the menu to show him the price of $26 that it lists, but he wanted to negotiate a price of $30 with me. WHAT? I'll be checking my statement to see what I was actually charged, but this is a dishonest way to do business. The menu mentioned a tray charge for orders $25 or less, but my order was $26 and he couldn't answer or didn't want to answer why there was a difference. A friend and I chose this destination as it was a convenient central point for us to meet. Having stayed here in the past, we anticipated a good stay. Unfortunately the house keeping standard had dropped since our last stay. The shower was probably the most unclean I have ever seen in a hotel of this star rating. (See photos attached). The mold was everywhere and when rubbed with a cloth came away easily suggesting the room has not been recently cleaned. We decided to partake of breakfast in the dining room and found the staff in that room to be quite unfriendly and almost snappy in her responses. When I queried if there were any more pastries ( as that basket was empty on our arrival to breakfast), her response was 'we've filled it before, I'll go and see if there's any left'. My friend asked if it would be possible to get a non dairy milk alternative for the cereal, and was roughly handed a half full soy milk carton and was made to feel as though she was an inconvenience. A number of the cups were also not clean. For the price we paid we paid for breakfast, which was not included in the room price, we had expected a better standard of food and service.
