I chose Vital Flow due to their Facebook message and I’m glad I did. Professional, friendly, discussed pricing up front with me. I had a few different things I needed addressed and was pleased with the outcome. Felt like I was receiving good care from someone who was an expert in the trade. Thank you, Damien. Will be using Vital Flow in the future and sharing their details with everyone in my building.

I called Vital Flow Plumbing Services Hornsby about a blocked toilet and within a couple of hours Damien their plumber was on my doorstep. Damien was very upfront about the pricing and the options available to unblock my toilet. I found Damien to be a very Professional and a nice friendly guy. He communicated with me all through the process including showing me what the cctv Drain camera had discovered which was a mass of toilet paper and roots trapping the toilet paper. Extensive High Pressure water jetting finally unblockd the drain . The site was cleaned up afterwards I am happy to highly recommend Damien and Vital Flow plumbing Services Hornsby

Today I had a plumbing emergency at my unit. I tried several plumbers who were busy or unresponsive and then found Tristan through Google search. He was very calm and gave me some instructions. He and his apprentice arrived on time and repaired the bathtub and shower quickly. They even had a new shower head in their van which saved me a trip to Bunnings. He was professional, friendly, and fairly priced. I have saved his number for the future and would definitely recommend to others.

Tristan was able to come the day I called to book him to change my new barbecue to use natural gas. It didn’t take him long to make the conversion and he also tested my bayonet to make sure there was no leakage. He arrived timely, was able to complete this job quickly and was very respectful in answering my questions. Will definitely call him again, if needed.
