These guys were fantastic. Helped me out as we started our holidays and my caravan regulator died. They are punctual helpful and friendly. No more cold showers thanks Guys

They charged me an arm and a leg and everything in between for a simple job. I assumed they are priced high because of high quality service but their service and workmanship was average if not worse. They were available at short notice which is why I gave them 2 stars. Seeing your reply and unwillingness to own it and get your act together by improving your pricing and service quality is tempting me to remove a star.

I had a fantastic experience with Vital Flow Plumbing. Their communication was clear from the start, they arrived on time, and the work was completed efficiently to a very high standard. The plumber was knowledgeable, respectful and took the time to explain the process and solutions in a way that was easy to understand. Pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. I highly recommend Vital Flow Plumbing and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We had removed our old wood heater to allow for an upper addition, and bought a new one for a later install. Little did I know the adventure that would bring trying to find someone to do that. Then we got referred here. Helpful, informative and a pleasure to deal with. Fully satisfied with the work on what was obviously a pretty complicated job.
