They charge a flat fee to “cover bank charges” when using credit card. I pointed out this was illegal and they are only allowed to pass on the actual card surcharge max 1.5%. They refunded $2 of the $3 they charged me for using my card but it was clear they don’t intend on changing their practise. Won’t be returning.

been there twice and both times it's the same thing: the owner doesn't speak clearly which is fine, but when you ask for clarification, you get yelled at and if you're foolish enough to say you're still not quite get what he's getting ever more insistent about, you get yelled at and then what could so easily be a nice simple polite interaction becomes one that is quite unpleasant. So am now googling somewhere else. and i didn't even mantion the yapping dogs sitting on chairs throughout the room. there are way better nicer less extortionate places nearby. avoid

Worst customer service ever! The owner is crazy, started screaming to me and wanted to start a fight. I don’t know why is still open cause he doesn't want clients in his shop

Shocked at the outcome of our experience. I own a small business who require towels to operate. Our washer broke so took our much needed towels down to this laundromat and the white towels we washed came out stained yellow. The owner was not interested is assisting to rectify the issue and disengaged altogether. He also charged us for the service and was his response seemed rehearsed and indifferent as if it is a regular occurrence. I don’t know how people operate a business like this and manage to stay open. So much for local support - will be lodging a case with fair trading in hope to get our towels replaced if we cannot get the stains put with bleach at another location. Disgusted 😏

Rude owner; bad experience. Printing is not only expensive but the price list is deceptive. Don't bother trying to scan, the printer is inaccessible and she won't help you. The price list says "25c per sheet" but the hidden charges for "using the computer" aren't disclosed. The computers are archaic machines, worthless for any other purpose and aren't up to date; Word docs don't work. Pleasantly sought owner's attention for instructions to print. After obviously ignoring me for a while, she grunted and nodded towards the computers. Odd behaviour so far. I tried pointing out as politely as I could that the price list was deceptive, and that I was more than happy to cop a bit of daylight robbery for the convenience, but she wouldn't have a bar of it. "We've had these prices for 10 years!" She said before I could finish the sentence. "No one's ever complained!" My guess is that this business is propped up by clandestine means and that "laundering" is probably what they do in more ways than one. I hope the ATO takes them down soon. 0 stars +1 for the convenient location.
