Great car wash and I always take my car here for a $45 wash, which I pay on credit card and get a free cup of coffee - these are all reasons why it's better than the usual Star Car Wash and other big chains. However, this time I went in the boss guy told me it's $65 unless I pay in cash and when I said I didn't have any he told me to go the ATM. When I said I don't carry my cards on me, as I pay for everything on my phone, he reluctantly let me pay $45 on the card but warned me to bring cash next time. As somebody who doesn't carry cash ever, this would put me off returning. I don't understand why they would do this, offering a slight discount for cash is fine, but telling a regular to pay a $20 premium? What century are we in?

I had a great experience at the car wash. The team was respectful, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. Their customer service really stood out and made everything smooth and enjoyable. Everyone was hardworking and made sure the job was done properly, which I really appreciated. Itβs always nice to be treated with kindness and care. They even offered a complimentary coffee, which was a lovely touch and actually good! Iβll definitely be coming back.

Paid for: Deluxe Wash (which is exactly the same as "wash & vacuum" but the charge you more to "clean" the doors. Additionally I paid for the engine wash. In total I paid $121.44 aud Overall, they did a very poor job, as you can see in the pictures. Definitely not recommended!
