I am extremely disappointed with my experience using We Move Sydney and feel compelled to share my concerns to help others make a more informed decision. At the time of booking, I was quoted a total price of $450, which seemed reasonable and competitive. However, the final amount charged was $750 — a significant and unexpected increase for what amounted to only an additional hour of work. This lack of pricing transparency is highly concerning and, in my opinion, misleading. Beyond the pricing issue, the overall service was far below expectations. The removalists who were assigned to my job worked at an unusually slow pace and displayed little to no sense of urgency throughout the move. It genuinely felt as though the job was being deliberately prolonged, which ultimately resulted in a higher final cost. There was no clear communication regarding time management or effort to complete the move efficiently. As a customer, I expect honesty, efficiency, and professionalism — unfortunately, this experience failed to deliver on all fronts. Rami and Rian super helpful and friendly. Took good care of our furniture and appliances. We are so thankful for their help and for accommodating our request. If you’re moving houses give them a call and make your move stress free.

My experience with We Move Group started off a bit rocky. The team arrived with a smaller truck than expected, which meant an additional trip was needed. On top of that, the initial crew worked at a slower pace than anticipated, so the move took longer than planned. At that point, I was feeling quite unsatisfied with the service. However, things took a positive turn when a new team member, Rami, and his colleague stepped in. They were efficient, quick, and incredibly helpful throughout the rest of the move. They really went the extra mile to ensure everything was delivered safely and on time, which I truly appreciated. To top it off, their manager acknowledged the earlier issues and offered a discount on the final bill as a gesture of goodwill. That effort to make things right did not go unnoticed. Overall, while the move didn’t start as smoothly as I had hoped, the professionalism and dedication shown later, along with the compensation, left me generally satisfied with the service.

Sam and Martin arrived promptly and got to work right away. In extreme heat conditions, this was as good as it could get so I appreciate the time taken and courtesy in making sure our items were delivered safely. It didn’t get the complete five star because of a couple of reasons: 1. They didn’t prioritise big items like we wanted and were overly optimistic that we could fit everything. We wanted to save money & felt pressured by this. 2. They took multiple breaks and on the way to the new place we’re seeing stopping by the side of the road for over 10 minutes. We called the office thinking they were lost because they were following us. This happened a couple of times which is fair enough but this cut into my time a few times. I had a newborn with me during the process so it needed more focused attention. When I called the office to express this need & see if the movers were ok and where they had gone, when my husband got to the new property, the workers were visibly angry. They became quick and sharp with him being frustrated that we called the office. I think the attitude was uncalled for & shouldn’t cause the job to end up sour later. Jim and Rami were fantastic with our office move! They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. Everything was handled with care and moved quickly. Couldn’t recommend him enough – thanks again Gents.
