Far from city and quiet place. No idea why we need to pay for parking in middle of nowhere

No staff to answer vital student enquiries. Trying to graduate, can't update password, noone servicing IT phone line or any line at hawkesbury for that matter. You're lucky if you even get onto campus security. Appaling, disgusting, what more can I say scam? We have paid money for this and you can't even service a phone line. Morally Bankrupt.
