The library is not a place for study but a place for hanging out and laughing. The student does not understand the silent study area. Compared to other universities, the culture of students is very low-class. I would like to see the graduation rate of students????

My experience with Western Sydney University has honestly been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have had during my time studying in Australia. I am currently dealing with a very time-sensitive and important academic issue, yet the university has been incredibly unresponsive. Even reaching out to senior staff has led nowhere. The Head of Accounting either ignores my emails or responds by redirecting me to the Business Courses Team, who have not responded to my emails in over a month. For a university that promotes professionalism and support for its students, this level of communication is completely unacceptable. What makes the situation even more unbelievable is that the university no longer has accessible academic program advisors or anyone students can speak to in person regarding academic issues since the recent restructuring. For students facing complex problems, the lack of direct academic support is frankly ridiculous. The only point of contact available now is the Student Services Hub, and while the staff there try to help, almost the entire workload has been pushed onto them despite the fact that they often do not have the authority to actually

I completed my MTeach at WSU from 2017 to 2021 and on the whole had a negative experience, particularly towards the end of my course, despite successfully graduating. The lecturers and tutors were a mixed bag, some were amazing and supportive while others were uptight and downright condescending. Campus security further added to this by having an appalling attitude towards the students, often treating us like troublemakers as opposed to adults simply trying to study. The real nail in the coffin for me, however, has been on the admin side of things. It took the university 3 entire months to process my TPA and confirm that I had passed, even though during the initial panel interview I was told Iβd be informed the next day. From being told Iβd know the next day to 3 months of unanswered inquiries! Every single email and phone call I made during those 3 months went unanswered until by some miracle I finally managed to get through to the person responsible. The real joke is four years on, Iβve contacted the uni again to request a digital copy of my testamur. I was given an email address to write to, which I did, but a month has passed with no response whatsoever. Absolutely shocking ho

Very beautiful campus with lush green lawns away from the hussle of city. The campus boasts of a number of buildings with different departments and is one of the largest campuses of the university with maximum number of courses of being offered in the premises. There's a basket ball court apart from the tennis courts and a huge parking area. Its one of the most vibrant campuses.
