From the outset, it was clear this was a highly experienced and meticulous electrician. The scope of work was detailed and technically demanding, yet it was approached with care, precision, and a clear plan rather than being rushed. Cable runs were thoughtfully designed, neatly concealed, and clearly labelled. Circuits, switches, and load balancing were well considered and executed to a very high standard. They took the time to explain both the approach and the reasoning behind key decisions, which was greatly appreciated and inspired confidence throughout the process. The quality of the finish was excellent. All fittings were installed cleanly and accurately, the work area was left tidy, and everything was thoroughly tested prior to completion and sign off. It was evident that pride was taken in the workmanship. In addition to the technical quality, they were punctual, communicated clearly, and were respectful of the property at all times. The work was delivered exactly as agreed, with no shortcuts or surprises.
