The memorial service for my dear relative was a very special time for us on Friday 10th November. Unfortunately for those family members and friends who hoped to join us via live streaming, the sound not working was a great disappointment. One friend rang White Lady funerals in Bondi Junction to alert them but the problem was not corrected. Very disappointing..

Jade and all the beautiful ladies at Bondi were so wonderful, professional, caring and compassionate. From the first visit right upto our mothers funeral service they were truly beautiful souls. Thank you to Jade , Linda and all the beautiful ladies that helped us to celebrate our mothers life and give her the beautiful send off she deserved. You all our truly wonderful. 💗 🌹💗🌹

The team at Bondi Junction were very caring at a sad time. Everything was organised beautifully and the funeral went well. Linda and Carolyn were so helpful with every aspect and follow up requests. We highly recommend White Lady funerals Bondi Junction.

I'm in awe of the White Lady team's graciousness, kindness and professionalism. I will never forget Jade's approach and compassion at the Bondi Junction branch. During the difficult time after my father's passing, she took care of everything for the private viewing and the funeral service. Her support meant the world to me when I felt lost and unsure. As for the team on the day of the service, I can't commend them enough for how special it was. My brother was grieving behind the hearse, and the two White Ladies stood there on each side in respect until he tapped the coffin to send off the final goodbye. Rosie, the Funeral Conductor, was excellent and ensured everything went smoothly by keeping me informed from beginning to end of the event. Thank you so much for making the event memorable and meaningful. I highly recommend White Lady Funerals for that soft and personal touch. 🤍

The devastating and sudden loss of my Beautiful Mother was unbelievable and almost unbearable. In a dazed state of grief I called White Lady Bondi and was so fortunate to be answered by Amanda Molyneux. This lady is so caring , kind and compassionate and I immediately felt some comfort. She even allowed my dear Dog Max to accompany me at all times through this difficult journey. I cannot recommend Amanda or White Lady Enough . Thank you for helping myself and my family through an horrendous time and assisting us in a beautiful and elegant send off for my Mother. When I do pass I ask you that you honor me with exactly the same farewell xxxx

After the devastating sudden death of my daughter in October I had to immediately fly to Sydney from Canada with my older daughter . Because of Covid even getting to Sydney was extremely stressful and extra long.We were immediately placed in a quarantine hotel for 2 weeks that just added to our distress. We are originally from Melbourne so trying to arrange a funeral in a strange city, from a Covid hotel and with no family to help was extremely hard. I contacted White Lady Funerals in Bondi Junction and immediately after speaking to Carol felt they were the right people for us. . I was not wrong. Keeping to a realistic budget was an issue as we had faced enormous expenses both getting to Sydney and with accommodation for 4 weeks. Carol helped us keep close to our budget without compromising a quality service Carol is so amazingly kind, empathetic to our unique situation and was almost instantly "there" when we had a question or needed help. Carol is who we mainly dealt with and I have nothing but high praise for her. My Sweet Darling wife Nuku passed away recently on a Friday. On Saturday I looked online for funeral directors in our area (Mascot), and as there weren't many I broadened the search area. 2 of the first 3 within the area were White Lady Funerals, so I made the call around mid-morning. It was picked up immediately, and I was put onto Michelle who listened carefully to my situation, and my initial ideas for my wifes all-round funeral requirements. Although Michelle was covering both branches for the day, and had other appointments, she made me feel that I was the only person she was dealing with. She made some initial enquires re availability of viewing rooms, chapels, Crematorium etc, and got back to me within an hour. She had booked an appointment at a time to suit me on the Monday with Carol Crennan at the White Ladys Funerals Bondi Junction branch. It was because of how at ease Michelle had made me, that I decided there and then that I would not look elsewhere. I meet Carol as planned, and was not disappointed.
