The butterscotch coffee is to die for. So good. They’ve definitely improved their coffee compared to the reviews in the past, the cappuccino art is lovely too

Of all the places in Chatswood I have been to for coffee, this is by far the biggest disappointment. Put aside the fact that this place has a surcharge of 10% on a Sunday and no table service at all with self order collection, the base price is already overpriced and my coffee was badly burnt. Chatswood RSL has even better coffee than here. The barista is highly inexperienced as a remake of the coffee was no better and nothing could be done to salvage it. Staff were also not well trained as they did not provide a warm service. Also, for anyone who also wants to pay premium for butter based with some salt on white bread, they are welcome to. It is very ordinary. A thoroughly not enjoyable place to enjoy food and drinks. Only salvaging point is the look and feel of the place that fits in with the decor of Chatswood Chase. Unfortunately the quality of service, food and drinks do not match it. I highly do NOT encourage anyone to come here.

Im pretty picky when it comes to matcha and pastry which are my favourite things to have. This place nailed it. One of the best matcha I’ve tried. The size of pastry is generous, and super filling. The service was really quick too. I recommend asking for additional sugar in the matcha (which what I did and it turned out amazing) would definitely return again.

Bad experience with the service. I ordered one coffee and ended up waiting 25 minutes. I only found out it hadn’t been made after I asked one of the servers about it. The coffee itself was good, but the service was very disappointing.

I got this back in January, saving it as a cheat meal. Thought I was paying a decent price and expecting sth decent in return. Instead 0 buttery aroma, 0 layers. Just a solid block of dough pretending to be a croissant, dense enough to double as a dumbbell. What I thought was a ‘pretty white chocolate’ crispy layer turned out to be just sugar. Purely made for Instagram. tbh, the butter bread and taro latte are at least edible. Not even mad:/ just disappointed that that cheat meal really wasn’t worth it.
