I cannot thank Dr. Adeline Choi enough for the exceptional care she gave to my beloved dog, Oska. From the very beginning, Dr. Choi was incredibly caring, compassionate, and thoughtful. She took the time to listen to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and treated Oska with such kindness and respect. During such a stressful time, her patience and genuine empathy meant so much to our family. It is obvious that Dr. Choi truly loves animals and is dedicated to giving them the best possible care. I never felt rushed, and I always felt that Oska was in safe and capable hands. Thank you, Dr. Adeline Choi, for looking after Oska with such compassion. I can’t recommend Willoughby Vet Hospital enough! Dr Nicola is an exceptional, highly experienced veterinarian who truly cares about her patients. She and her entire team take such wonderful, compassionate care of all my dogs and cats. I always know my pets are in the best possible hands. On top of the outstanding clinical care, the reception team is always friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally well-organized, making every visit seamless and stress-free. Our senior Pomeranian has been going to Willoughby Veterinary hospital since we bought her. We have had top service over the years & most recently with Dr. Nicky who is very caring & thorough. I would highly recommend Dr Nicky & the team at Willoughby veterinary clinic for the high standard of care & advice they provide to your pet .

Switch vets about two years ago and have been absolutely thrilled with our decision. They have taken excellent care of both our older dog and our new puppy. Their rates are really reasonable. Their care factor is exceptional. We have had our dogs’s teeth cleaned there as well and the service was remarkably better than at our previous vet.

I have always had a positive experience at Willoughby Vet Hospital, I’ve been taking my Cavoodle for 6 plus years. The staff are all very welcoming, the reception team always efficient & polite, the nurses and vets are super caring, thorough and passionate. The Veterinary Manager Amanda very helpful, clearly discussing their costs and the best options available through their Pet Wellbeing Program, which is a great offer, saving you lots over the year. Most recently my fur baby was in the hospital to have a surgical procedure on his tail & whilst under sedation he had teeth removed, a polish & a clean. Everything went extremely well, he returned home the same day & was his happy self again within 24 hours. I wouldn’t trust any Veterinary Hospital other than Willoughby Vet Hospital.
