We farewelled my elderly father in February. I cannot speak highly enough of Wilson Gamily Funerals (WFF) & the care our family received. The planning meeting with Anna was smooth & she had excellent advice about the service. Leading up to the service and on the day of the funeral, Ann & Kate and the WFF staff couldn’t have done more to make our dad’s funeral memorable. They were caring, professional and flexible to all our requests. We chose WFF because they are a genuine local Northern Beaches company. I know that they contribute thousands of dollars to the community each year & that is how we found them. I cannot recommend WFF highly enough. Choosing WFF certainly made a difficult day easier for our family.

Wilson Family Funerals was an excellent service, professional, compassionate, and perfect in organising my late mother's burial service. Not only was the burial itself beyond our expectations, so beautifully handled by John, Simon and Kate, but the initial interview and subsequent phone calls with Anna were nothing short of amazing. Even the very first call made to Deidre at reception was handled with such care and compassion. Wilsons made the process so smooth and fuss free. A 5 star wonderful service to be highly recommended to others.

Sadly, I've had to use Ann, Kate and their team twice in a 6month period, firstly with my mother's passing and then my sister, at the time I had no access to funds to pay for both funerals as I had to get super released to pay, which takes time. Not only did Ann make both funerals' arrangements smooth she also checked in on me daily leading up to Mum's and my sister's, reassuring me not to worry about my lack of funds that she knew I would eventually pay and I did. Mums took a few months, and my sisters took 3months at no time did I feel pressured, the opposite. Wilson Family Funerals staff are professional, empathetic and sincere in the care and services they provide. I cannot thank them enough. Their care made what I was going through that little bit better knowing I could trust that everything from the service to the cremation would be dealt with the utmost professionalism.

A huge THANK YOU to Ann, John and the team for guiding us through a difficult time. They were highly professional yet personal, checking in on us daily in the lead up to the funeral , offering support and proving a much needed Clear Head when we were struggling to think straight.
