Very disappointed with my experience. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and unpleasant to deal with. I expected better service and respect as a customer. I would not recommend this supplier based on my experience.

I have finally developed the courage to write about my recent unpleasant experience with this business. I had a deeply frustrating and disappointing encounter with this business regarding a recent order (products close to the value of $4000). Upon receiving damaged/rusted products, I reached out to request a replacement (or refund). Instead of addressing my concerns, I was met with hostility and extremely inappropriate behaviour, including being yelled at, name called and ultimately hung up on. This interaction not only left me without a resolution but also has continued to cause a significant amount of stress and frustration. This experience has been particularly triggering for me, as it has resurfaced feelings of past confrontational situations. It is incredibly frustrating to feel disrespected and dismissed when I am simply trying to resolve an issue. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and my experience with this business failed to meet these basic standards.
