I wanted to recognise Arthur for the outstanding job he does at Woolworths. All 5 Stars go to him! Every time I visit, he is friendly, professional, and genuinely goes out of his way to help customers. It's clear that he cares about both his work and the people he serves. Arthur creates a positive atmosphere and is the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back. You can see why he is so well-liked by customers. His attitude, work ethic, and willingness to help make a real difference to the store and are a credit to the Woolworths team. Thank you, Arthur, for consistently providing such excellent service. Team members like you are a huge asset to the business.

Raw beef not fresh, have to throw it away Fillet fish not fresh, have to throw it in trash Your chillers aren’t cold enough, you need to close it up with freezer doors as it’s spoiling the meats. Safety risk.

Visited Woolies early this morning (around 6:03am) right after opening. The roller door was already mostly up and the path was clear, so I walked in like any normal customer would. One lady staff from the exit shouted at me from far away to wait until it’s fully open — honestly felt really rude and unnecessary, especially first thing in the morning. There’s a way to speak to customers and that wasn’t it. I get there are rules, but no need to yell at people. Don’t make someone’s day bad like this. Thanks to the guy working in the fruit section though — he was polite, greeted me n said it’s alright to make the situation feel less awkward.

Poor checkout experience. They never have a checkout open in the early mornings. No matter how many groceries you have bought you're forced into the self checkout area. It's very difficult to manage this process when you're elderly. At least Coles at Bondi Junction has a functional checkout area with helpful staff to process items.

On 26/03/26, I purchased an item that was clearly labelled on the shelf as being half price. However, when scanned at checkout, it was charged at full price. I brought this to the attention of the staff member and the manager, but the price was not honoured. I found this disappointing, as customers rely on shelf pricing being accurate. My understanding is that Woolworths follows a scanning policy where the lower advertised price should apply. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise on the outcome.
