Awful customer service. Staff who stock shelves are arrogant and aggressive, blocking aisles, jostling customers, throwing boxes around regardless of who is in the way, leaving empty boxes on the floor as tripping and slipping hazards. Front of store staff aren't much better. They seem to be more interested in chatting in the aisles with their colleagues than in paying attention to people who need help at the self service registers. As if their job isn't easy enough as most people serve themselves anyway. I've complained about this to management in the past to no avail.

Woolworths Bondi is always a great place to shop — the store is clean, well‑organised, and easy to get around, even during busy times. Shelves are usually well stocked, and the overall atmosphere feels calm and efficient. I also want to mention Sierra, who I regularly see at the cashier. She’s always friendly, helpful, and brings a really positive energy to the checkout. It’s small things like that which make the whole shopping experience even better. Highly recommend this Woolies for its great layout, good stock levels, and consistently welcoming service.

So much better before Woolies took it over. Definitely for the traveler rather than shopping for the family. Often out of stock for certain items. Often a long que to the mostly automated checkout. I only ever visit here when absolutely necessary.

Woolies could certainly do better.. Limited varieties of what the demographic needs. Think healthy, slimming, gluten free. Frequent out of stocks.. And, I can't believe how much they charge for eggs !!!!
