I have been coming to this store since last 5 years. I had never such a bad experience. There is a lady here named vaishali. I had interactions with her 4-5 times. I swear whenever I had that interaction,my experience was very bad. She really needs to learn what she is doing. She behaves like she is giving the stuff for free from her own pocket. May be there is a lot of load on her and the manager should reduce her burden. She is really pressurised. That can be the reason behind such a bad customer service.

Teaser pleaser, to be continued... No no wait...! An older suburb by less review than a newer store. Something's going on! Anyway, 2013 I came to the country. Got a job at Thornleigh's as an immigrant with neurodiversity I came to the conclusion I ask cash officer about paying my taxes. This cash officer Phil bit too fair to help me out said you should choose "with tax threshold" on your job's tax application. I paid four years of double tax because well if you ask me I was too olive to come out golden brown under the sun, for his tastebuds. Anyway again, today a lady at this stores front told me she can't reverse my payment of 4.55 because I wanted to pay 35 cents remainder by gift card turned out my gift card was expired or in insufficient funds I ask her can you give me store credit to me so I get another energy drink brand, she turned to her boss saying "she she he wants to get store credit to buy another one of these" sarcastic and cold. Sorry that there's no goth in this heaven or punks who are men but put crazy but cool eyeshadows, desentisized humanoid that I am. I felt danger. Anyway again again I walked out immediately I was like I was at parras court it's all these ty

This Woolworths is usually alright but the deli is seriously lacking. Most times I am waiting at the deli for at least 5 minutes without anyone even speaking to me. It is often left unattended and I am waiting ages. Also I know this is not the stores fault but people will are ALWAYS parking in the disabled parking without a permit and because it's a private carpark it's actually up to the management to hand out infringements to these people. Try and keep an eye on it because it's extremely unfair to those actually disabled people who need the parking.

Medium rush, Parking was available. Tissues were on special 1/2 price. Had an opportunity to chat with Store Manger(Indra). Have a wonderful day friends.

About 1.5 kilometers from Parramatta station located centrally in Rosehill. Well stocked and convenient supermarket. Reasonable prices with discounts on selection items. Fresh fruits, vegetables, greens and meat are available. Household utilities available as well.
