Generally a good store to shop at,my only issue is that the hand shopping baskets are always Dirty. It's hard to find a half decent one. If they took a leaf from Coles book they'd all be spotless every Day.

I shop here regularly and it’s generally a good store. It’s clean, well laid out, and the staff are always friendly. I can usually get in and out pretty easily. The biggest issue is the mobile reception. It’s not just bad in the car park — there’s barely any signal inside the store either. I’ve been stuck at the checkout before trying to transfer money and couldn’t because nothing would load. It also makes click and collect more frustrating than it needs to be. Such a small thing, but it really affects the overall experience.

Your staff member, Ella did a really nice thing for me yesterday, paid the remainder of my groceries with her own money because my phone decided to delete my card. Such a beautiful thing you did for a stranger, and I am so greatful. I will be passing this gesture on to someone who needs it.❤️

Husband purchased a cooked chicken today. The smallest I have ever seen! Full price of course. Much bigger chickens at Coles. This one wouldn’t even feed two. Lost a customer.

Just did my weekly large shop… Sunday morning 8:30am and only one check out open…4 of us standing around with full trolleys…I asked at the service desk if another one could be opened and got nowhere… the Manager on at the time… said to me… while he had been standing around… doing nothing…oh… you’ll just have to wait… I didn’t like that and had to get upset and raise my voice… which he then called up someone above him… which they called clearly see the line up… and did something about it… but this took about 10 minutes or so… not happy at all… the manager that was on clearly shouldn’t be working there… didn’t not even care or want to be there… I’m sure there’s some who would really appreciate having a job and being able to do it right…
