I has come here get one for my favorite bubble tea multiple times, and ever since that I started to collected my royalty card at the store. some days I forget to bring the card with me and ask them to get me a new cards, and because i always randomly pop into store so now i had hold 3-4 cards with average 3-4 stamps in my bags , so today i decied pop into the store asked the staff if they can help me to merchant them all together in one cards . But the lady refused me to do so consistently saying that 「no, I cannot. My boss not allowed us to do so. 」 It is very frustrating for a regular customer, to just come and purches drink for another 6-7 times on each card to have an extra 1 free drink offer. It really makes me to reconsider to stop coming to purchase in this store….cuz it is not a essential, was just for a taste and to support the local business

20/4/26 - 2.5 stars In a suburb where there is pretty much every milk tea chain, it's surprising to find such an ordinary shop. We got a lychee tea with green tea jelly. It was alright, but, really nothing to write home about. Additionally, you cannot adjust the sweetness for this drink and its fixed at $9. Poor value.

Such hidden gem of a tea place! Love their black tea latte with the brown sugar jelly!! Always love their customer service too, the girl with the glasses she is so nice and kind (was working around 11:45 am on 02/04/2026). Lovely place with nice tea and sweet staffs 🫶🏼

guys pls share the woo tea love this place is genuinely so so good and all the staff members are so sweet and cute and speedy like literally albert einstein would be blown away w the speed of the staff, i order my delicious large black tea latte w brown sugar jelly and like 10 seconds later its ready to be consumed. please like i’m not even exaggerating this place is my life i come a minimum of twice a week otherwise ill combust. no other boba place compares to woo tea. also the really cute asian employee who always takes my order is the absolute goat she should be promoted to ceo. #mylife

genuinely the best drink ive ever had i come here all the time just for the cheese foam it makes me so happy 10/10 and the workers are so sweet make sure to get ur loyalty cards if ur an avid wootea fan like ME
