The two reviews by Max and Sarah are absolute rubbish, and are made by soft people who genuinely have nothing better to do in their life than complain and be insecure about not getting attention, in my personal experience the staff are absolutely amazing always keeping the gym clean even if it’s busy always have the best attitude and keep me coming back every week. Thank you guys for creating such a good atmosphere!

As a fitness passport member other World Gyms have 20 -40 for a tag. This gym wanted 95 dollars. Or 35 dollars single visit. The place is crammed with machines that people leave weights on and no staff monitor it. The members hog machines on their phones. Cleaning wipes are only on one side of gym. Badly set up, no atmosphere and poorly maintained equipment. Blacktown is 500 per cent better.

I totally agree with the previous review from Max. Saying the staff have “never had a complaint” is hard to believe because clearly there are ongoing issues with professionalism here. Some of the female staff seem very selective with who they acknowledge and greet, while others are ignored completely. The atmosphere can feel cliquey and uncomfortable at times. There also appears to be inappropriate flirting and favouritism toward certain male members despite them being in relationships and the staff knowing they have partners which comes across as disrespectful and unprofessional in a gym environment. Overall, the customer service and professionalism need serious improvement. I personally wouldn’t recommend this gym to others based on my experience.

I’ve been training at World Gym North Parramatta for a while now and honestly it’s been a great experience. The gym is always super clean, which makes a huge difference when you’re there consistently. Equipment is well maintained, and everything just feels organised and looked after. What really stands out though is the staff. Everyone is friendly and approachable, but I’ve had especially good experiences with Tracyla and Julia. They’re both genuinely welcoming, helpful, and always bring a positive vibe to the place. It makes coming in a lot more enjoyable, especially on days when motivation is low. Overall, it’s just a solid gym with a great environment. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

I really wanted to like this gym but there have been a number of serious issues that I’ve never experienced at other gyms. Read this before you join. Firstly, the environment is full of insecure guys that think it’s acceptable to passively try to disrespect you if you take care of yourself or if you get results, the more progress I've made the more guys want trouble. Secondly, several of the staff lack basic courtesy, an example would be them picking and choosing who you greet and treat with respect. Tracyla is by far the worst in this case. Negatively from members is one thing but coming from staff is something I’ve never experienced from another gym. Thirdly, when I told my concerns to Michael Davidson the manager, he tried to discredit me and tell me that I must have done something to deserve it, he then said that my concerns were compete news to him despite me writing an email to tell him several months prior. He continued to say that he had never gotten any complaints about his staff and I was the first person, what he didn’t know was I read several reviews talking about rudeness from staff and he admitted that he had read them. So basically he lied to try and take away m
