The rude and arrogant service is not acceptable. I didn't ask the cashier for any help, but at the very least, as a human being, she should have responded to other people's greetings and words instead of acting deaf and dumb.

Whilst theres a range of asian foods/snacks here, prices being advertised are so misleading!! My parents already told me about them literally scamming you but I popped in here yesterday just to some water. When I was about to pay, the lady (who didn't even smile or say hi when I greeted her) looked at my money and told me it was actually twice the amount I had in my hand…… when I asked about it she said you don't have to get it if you don't want to. Bought it anyway, didn't get a receipt. And the fact my parents have had the same experiences as me in this shop too…

I like this supermarket - I first went there with my Chinese friend to get some mapo tofu sauce that she recommended. I’ve since been coming back regularly. They have a really good range of spices, dried mushrooms, sauces, snacks and frozen foods (no fruit or veggies, unfortunately, but I can go elsewhere for those). The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to Colesworth and some other Asian supermarkets. The cashier will not greet you effusively or ask how your day is going, but I don’t really care about that.

Great New Supermarket in Chatswood with massive variety! Fresh produce and groceries with local products made in Australia as well as International products from Japan, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and more. Conveniently located in Upper Chatswood Mall right on the walkway to Chatswood Interchange, opposite to Chemist Warehouse and Orchard Tavern.
