Hi Sasha, Since you reply to public feedback but ignore emails and phone calls, I am writing here. I booked and paid for a yoga session with Bondi Yoga by the Beach which you cancelled. After cancelling the session, you refused to issue a refund. Cancelling a paid service, keeping the customer’s money, and then avoiding all direct communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. I am still waiting for a response and a refund.

The worst customer service ever. Avoid! And In m not the only one who got a bad experience, other people left bad reviews. And what is the reaction from Sasha, the customer service rep? Just accuses the dissatisfied customers of being trolls. That tells you a lot about the ethic of this business and how they treat their customers. Update after reply from owner: What a pathetic attempt from the owner to discredit me. Weirdly any dissatisfied customers are either trolls or bad intentioned people.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They don’t deserve a star. Website designed in the 1800’s, and takes a degree in Astro physics to navigate. Apparently the class we booked was already full but the website let us book anyways. The location changes, but only in the title. It’s your responsibility to find the location yourself because they’re listed as Bondi. Honestly I’m sure the class is good, but I think the owner might be over their head when it comes to operations and a schedule based service industry.

Did not have a good experience with this company. I bought a 5 pack of classes, first class went very well then the second was cancelled an hour before class, no reason given. Third class was canceled with a bit more warning, again for no apparent reason. I tried to contact the owner to ask for some kind of refund as I did not have enough time left during my stay to fit 4 more classes in and she has completely ignored me. There are better yoga classes/companies in the area with business owners that take the time to reply to questions and concerns.

There is nothing better than practicing yin or yang yoga at Yoga by the Sea. I've been to the Bondi, Tama and Bronte classes for years, and all offer an outstanding experience in stunning locations. Seeing whales and dolphins are just an added bonus!
