Allie is amazing! I had tight shoulder due to long -time sitting posture in front of PC, Allie gave me a great massage helped me relax. My shoulder felt a lot loose afterwards. The facial treatment done by Allie was amazing, she is very gentle in every facial steps and explained the benefits. We also had great chat on kid and dog :) I will defo come again. Thanks Allie

I previously tried another laser clinic but wasn’t satisfied with the experience. Yesterday, I had my first session at Y Wax, and it was incredibly comfortable from start to finish. Allie was warm, kind, and so patient, which made a huge difference. I’d highly recommend Y Wax to anyone looking for laser or waxing treatments.

I had to go to the chemist to buy hydrocortisone cream and antihistamines just to get through the day. Be careful getting a facial from here. I can't say I'm happy at all. I booked a 10am appointment, arrived at 9:50, and wasn't taken in until 10:15. My session didn't begin until 10:20 — already 20 minutes late. The Dermalogica Luxe is advertised as a 50 minute customised treatment, but she finished at 11am, meaning I received roughly 40 minutes. On my intake form I clearly noted sensitive skin and eczema. She immediately dismissed this — telling me "you don't have sensitive skin, it's just reactive" — and proceeded to apply products without adjusting for my skin. This is only my second facial ever, so I trusted her as the professional and let her continue. I could smell fragrance in the products throughout. Extractions were extremely rough — painful pinching that left swollen stinging bumps. I let her know it was very sore. The massage, mask and moisturiser were fine. At the end I was given very little skin feedback, just told my skin was good and had "nice laxity" then was upsold a product I declined. had an amazing first YWAX experience with Allie! she gave me actual advice and didn’t try to upsell any products she didn’t actually believe would work for my skin, which was so refreshing! i have super sensitive skin and she was very understanding and explained everything she was using, fitting it into what my skin needed! you get so much value for money here, and despite it being the initial/basic facial so she could get a good understanding of my skin, it was still the best facial i’ve had to date. i can’t wait to come back!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a three year client at YWAX, which I now regret. I requested a refund on an unopened prepaid package due to personal reasons. That’s when the confusion and false claims started unfolding. I was told that I had signed a consultation form outlining a no refund policy, a form I never signed, for a consultation that never took place. When I asked for proof, the owner was unable to provide this document, yet continued to rely on it to deny my refund. That's weird. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, my concerns were dismissed by the owner, and I was treated as though I was the problem. As a long term client, I found it shocking how quickly loyalty meant nothing. There was no attempt at resolution, transparency, or basic customer care, and the situation ended with complete dismissal. YWAX may look nice on the outside, polished interiors (excluding the room with a broken wall), trendy decor, fake greenery doing the most, but don’t let the aesthetic fool you. Behind it is poor customer service, zero accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism. Being told you agreed to something that cannot be produced, then being br
