This is the most irreplaceable yoga studio and community space in Sydney. This is the only studio I’ve ever come across that has been been helpful and accommodating for my body as someone with fibromyalgia/ chronic pain and ADHD. I travel more than an hour to go to Zenly because there’s no authentic yoga studio in Sydney which nurtures your mind and soul in such a welcoming and supportive environment. Frankie is truly amazing!

I’ve attended three different offerings at Zenly as a neurodivergent queer woman, and every single time I’ve felt genuinely safe, respected, and held. From the moment you walk in, the low sensory environment makes such a difference. It’s calm, grounding, and thoughtfully set up in a way that cultivates safety. Frankie’s presence is a huge part of that. Her gentle reassurance and the way she's holds space makes it so much easier to relax and just be yourself without pressure or judgment. Spaces that truly feel inclusive can be hard to find, but Zenly really is one of them. I can’t recommend this place enough.

The most welcoming space with the kindest owner, Frankie. Highly recommend this space for anyone wanting to heal their inner child or find a sensory-safe space that feels like a warm hug.

I could not speak more highly about Zenly. It has easily become one of my favourite places to do exercise, but I also love the community and support/education Frankie has built for us neurodivergent babes. I feel so safe to access workshops to learn how to support living with ADHD, and to be able to exercise without judgement :) Thanks Frankie. You've built something amazing! xxx

Such a neuroaffirming space, mainly in the staff being so welcoming. The class I attended was amazing and professionally run. So many little add ons to make me as a neurodivergent adult feel so safe, accepted and welcome. Never have I had my nervous system so calm entering a new space.
