Last night, at around 1:00 a.m., I visited the petrol station to fill up my car. I was disappointed with the customer service I received from one of the staff members, an Indian Punjabi gentleman. He served customers who arrived after me, including a group of girls, before serving me. When I asked about it, he was rude and dismissive. I believe all customers should be treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of who they are. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers have a better experience.

Really convenient location. The station was clean and had everything I needed for a quick stop. Service was smooth and friendly too. Especially the staff member worked on Sunday, she made the whole experience quick and pleasant without any hassle. Would definitely come back again!

Last Sunday I went into the store to see a man threatening this poor girl. He told her he would leave her a review and ensure that she was fired. Then he ripped off his shirt, ran around the store yelling MICHAEL IS HERREEEEE. I was honestly very afraid as this man was screaming and as he was beginning to take off his pants, the girl helped walk me and my daughter out of the store safely. I am not sure what happened after as we left immediately but we are very grateful that she calmly and professionally led us to safety. She assured us that she was dealing with the situation and told us unfortunately this happens all the time. I hope that management can ensure the safety of their employees but I commend the girl for her professionalism.

Don't bother with this 7/11! On the 1st of February at about 3am after a night out I came to this 7/11 in search of some snacks, I was greeted by an incredibly unhelpful, incredibly rude employee that clearly had better things to do than his job. 7/11 has a bizarre policy where overnight they close the shop overnight. If 7/11 is going to have a policy like this then their employees should be helpful when customers come to buy things from their store. Intentionally refusing to assist customers that cannot access the store area of 7/11 just means that you don't care about making money, and clearly don't care about your job.

Overall OK servo. Usually clean, enough parking space. My only gripes are fuel prices are hot while coffee is cold :(
