The worst customer service. Yells and lies about fly buys. They have done this before on 2 occasions. They wrap their argument in their own confusion thinking they are right, the only authority, and confusing the customer. They didn't apply my flybuys and I had so many activated. I showed them. They then argued they weren't activated and made me check in my fly buys wallet the number pretending this was "official". I asked them to stop raising their voice and they raised their voice, denied my perspective and issues raised and refused to rectify the situation.

Last time I came car wash was not working. Today dryer not working. So I think they should remove car wash from here or operate properly

The customer representative at this store Danny was so rude. Went to check for the car wash prices and he was not helpful. The guy from other car wash business comes in and Danny ask us to go there with his cheap suggestions.. inquiring on the difference on car wash options he ask us to research ourselves. We left the store due to his inappropriate behavior and customer service.

I got a 2 for $20 from the Parramatta store on 2/5/2025 and got my first wash done. As the voucher is valid for 60 days, I called up the store today in the morning to check if the car wash is working (as it is a bit far from my home and I wanted to be sure that it was working) and the person on the phone confirmed that it was working fine. I went all the way to the store and on putting the code into the machine it gave me an error that the code is invalid. I tried a couple of times but to my surprise, it gave me the same error even though I used the code once before only. My wife went to the store as I was still in the car outside the car wash and spoke to the person Rajesh who was at the counter and explained the situation to which he rudely said that you have already used the voucher twice. My wife tried to explain that it was used only once as we never came here after the first car wash and came today only to which he started arguing with her and saying that people come even twice in a week here to get the car washed. She gave up and called me from the car wash and I went in to talk to Rajesh politely and explain the situation and he said the same thing that you have used the v

Changing my review: New review: Went for vacuum. Peter was on till. I am changing my mind about this place. I am increasing stars from 1 to 5. Peter is a legend. Excellent comms and customer winning values. In past I was lied to a couple of times about the toilet facility. Peter allowed use of toilet since I was dirty cleaning car. I was able to cleanse my self as well after car. Keep it up! Old review: Staff keeps lying about toilets. One says they don't have toilets other says toilets are out of order pending fix. Joke.
