My first time to AH newtown and got my hair done with Sophia. She has been amazing with communication and attentive through out the process, very transparent with pricing. She carefully explains the steps and how does that affect the hair colour and maintenance. Cannot be more happy. 5 stars for Sophia.

Georgie was honestly unbelievable. From the moment we sat down, she just got it, she understood exactly what both my mum and I wanted without us having to over-explain anything. It’s rare to find someone who can read your vision that well, but she absolutely nailed it. She was so warm and friendly, which made the whole experience feel really comfortable and easy. You could tell she genuinely cares about what she does, and it shows in her work. On top of that, she’s so beautiful and carries herself with so much confidence, it just made you trust her instantly. I have sat with this butchering of a haircut for 3 and a half weeks in hopes that it's only slightly bad and it will grow out. But no. It is truly the worst haircut of my long life lol. Done by an emerging stylist and a salon manager! I emailed him post haircut and he offered free haircuts until my hair grows out and sits better. I declined as I don't think the senior hairdresser has a clue as to how to cut short hair. I dislike leaving a negative review but my fellow short haired mavens need the heads up!
