Absolutely loved my experience at innovate - Shogo was incredible and did such a good job with my hair! Got it so bright without using any bleach - really incredible results! So reasonably priced too for a really great service - all lovely staff that work there, I really recommend Shogo for your hair.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Shogo did an incredible job on my blonde hair—it turned out exactly the way I had envisioned. I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. The entire team was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. Shogo was especially professional and transparent throughout the process. He even took the time afterward to send me all the details about the products and formulas he used, so I can achieve the same beautiful result next time. If I lived in Sydney instead of Germany, this would definitely be my go-to salon every single time. Thank you again, Shogo, for such a wonderful experience!

I rarely go to the hair salon but I’m glad i decided to go to Innovate for the first time. The staff felt very welcoming and the salon itself felt very cozy and comfortable. I had Shogo as my stylist to do my hair colouring and I must say he did an AMAZING job! He was very attentive with my hair and you can tell how passionate he is! He has so much talent! Thank you for the wonderful experience and giving me my dream look! I’ll definitely be coming back 🫶

First time here yesterday and it was such a great experience. I was a little unsure about what I wanted, but Shogo was amazing at guiding me and suggesting what would suit me best. I felt completely looked after the whole time. I went from blonde to a beautiful lived-in bronde and I’m so happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend. So glad I’ve found my new hairdresser! ✨

Walked in on a whim asking about pricing and an hour later I had a great fringe trim at a super reasonable cost and a lovely experience with Marley. Appreciated being slotted in last minute and my fringe looks fab. Just what I needed and I will be back!
