Really cool place. The sandwiches and savory pastries are excellent. The coffee is pretty good as well. It’s a nice vibe sitting outside, they have shaded and sunny areas. We had to wait for a few minutes but we were able to order coffee while waiting for our table. The staff is very welcoming.

A rooftop bakery. What else is better than combining 2 great things on a sunny day. They do their pastries very well here. You can tell the effort to make the pastry as crispy and flaky as possible. Tried a few things. Check out the picture of their cheese and onion pie with the layers of flakiness. The focaccia with Aleppo peppers and the potato pesto focaccia were also divine. The buttermilk croissant also excelled in it's flakiness and flavour. Good coffee and service to accompany the high standard of baked goods. Highly recommend trying this place, when in Surry. It's a must.

I almost missed this place! Paramount Coffee Project is at the ground floor and after brunch I browsed around and found this place at the rooftop, an elevator inside Paramount Coffee Project. Not sure there are belongs to the same boss, but looking at the Q, the good must be good. Got a hazelnut croissant A$12 and chocolate tart $15, paid by credit card; end up A$30… bill incl weekend surcharge 10% (which to me is ridiculous because I ordered to go) plus a 1% credit card charge)

It has a cool vibe on the rooftop with a good mix of age group. The smoked brisket pie tasted good. The brisket was really flavorful but the many layers you had to dig to eat it kind of made it too crumbly. The fried chicken sandwich was okay. Too much breading and a little chicken in it. And too many pigeons walking around. Dunno!

AP Bakery House – Sydney A sublime experience. The flavor combinations were a true festival of sensations — each bite elevated me to another plane and made me feel things I’ve never felt before. I’ve eaten in many places around the world and I have very high standards, and AP Bakery House didn’t just meet them, it surpassed them. The cold brew with orange cream was perfect, beautiful retro-taste. Flat white perfect executed. Temperatures spot on, balance impeccable. The space and atmosphere are pretty good — warm, thoughtful, and inviting. I discovered this place through a Chat GPT recommendation and I don’t regret it for a second. I might even be back tomorrow.
