I recently used Action Plans to get the approval of my dream home, a modern coastal knock-down rebuild on Collaroy Plateau ,and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Bill, Ryan and the entire Action Plans team. From the very first meeting, they stood out from every other architect and designer I’d spoken to. My site was tricky, and several others made me feel that what I wanted simply wasn’t achievable. Bill and his team, however, made everything feel possible. Their confidence, creativity and deep local knowledge gave me complete trust in the process. They handled every challenge with ease, including a difficult neighbour whose views across my property were affected, and still managed to secure me a fantastic approval. Their understanding of council requirements and approval pathways was second to none. A huge advantage was Bill’s background as both a builder and a developer. He not only has years of hands-on building experience but also runs a development business specialising in duplex projects across the Northern Beaches. His insight into construction methods, costs and local market value was incredibly helpful in shaping a design that made the most of my site

I highly recommend Action Plans for creating full custom designs for homes on the Northern Beaches. Bill and his team nail the aesthetic of the area and the ability to create clever designs particularly for difficult blocks as well. Bill’s prior experience as a builder is integral for understanding how to make the design work for a builder. We have worked with a number of his clients and plans. Thumbs up. Bill and the team at Action Plans are incredible at producing designs that not only work for the site but they are fantastic with navigating the council and design guidelines for all types of blocks. I work for a local home building company, and love their work.

The entire experience with Action Plans has been absolutely brilliant. They listened to what was most important to us, they made our ideas come to reality and the whole focus was ensuring that our vision was made possible. We had a challenging project and they worked hard to find solutions that not only would function well, but would look beautiful. Our renovation is now complete and we are thrilled! It's been an absolute joy to work with Bill, Ryan and the team at Action Plans on multiple projects over the past few years. Their building designs are not only visually stunning but also practical and efficient to build. Ryan's keen eye for detail and Bills deep understanding of construction processes have made project execution a breeze. I can't recommend the team at Action Plans enough for all your building design needs.
