Been using this medical practice for a year now. Happy with service overall all. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Dr Loi Phan is good to deal with and would recommend. Sometimes wait time is longer, add additional 30 minutes while choosing parking time. Center should upgrade their booking system that provides live tracking of booking status

Since 2008, this clinic has been a constant in my life and a place I have always been able to rely on. The staff is very nice and kind, and the clinic is also very clean and tidy. The lady who works in the lab is very experienced and kind, and Dr. Loi Phan is a very good, experienced doctor and very polite. I feel very good that I chose this doctor and this clinic.

I had a disappointing experience with Dr Mahbuba Khanom regarding a work issue. I felt she did not adequately address mental health factors related to graveyard shift work and instead focused on her own experiences. I felt her recommendation to quit was unprofessional and did not show openness to understanding my situation. Hope Dr Khanom can look further into the negative impacts of graveyard shift work.

Despite having a pre-booked appointment, the waiting time was 30–60 minutes. The reception system appears outdated and inefficient, and the overall service was very slow. There needs to be better time management and operational efficiency to respect patients’ time.
