Getting around Sydney is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy centres, and most suburban shops have their own car park. Installed solar and battery. Last person to touch our power board was a representative from agl to install a smart. Meter, since then all power we personally produced and used from our battery was then charged to us as if we were importing it from the grid. When we addressed this with agl we were sent around the call centre until someone said they would look into it. If we used their usage data alongside our power app data it would suggest we were using an avg of 44kwh per day for a 2 bedroom house. When they finally got back to us we were effectively told it wasn’t their fault and we should pay to have an electrician out.

PAY ATTENTION This company does not take responsibility of what they offer. They offered me $250 credit on my currently electricity bill with AGL and $200 credit on my first gas bill if I transfer my Gas from another retailer to AGL. I did it and the $250 credit appeared on my AGP app but after a few days disappeared. I contacted them and they said NO IT IS NOT APPLIED to your account and we do not offer such thing to any existing customers. When I ask them to listen to the recording of that conversation and they say we do not have access to that. Basically their provided false information to me to sell their product to me. So disappointed.

I signed up for AGL Mobile and my experience has been extremely disappointing. On Friday, 9 February, I requested a phone change and eSIM activation. I was assured by AGL that there would be no issues and that the eSIM would be delivered and activated within 24 hours. However, five days later, I am still unable to use my phone. During this process, AGL disconnected my mobile service, leaving me completely without access to calls or mobile connectivity. I currently cannot make or receive phone calls, and I have no certainty about the status of my phone number. My only way of contacting support has been through the internet. I have contacted AGL more than eight times regarding this issue. Each time I have been told that a ticket has been raised, that the matter is being investigated, or that it will be resolved shortly. Despite these repeated assurances, no solution has been provided. To make matters worse, AGL’s customer support channels are extremely frustrating. When I use the online chat, I am often told to call customer service, even after explaining that I cannot make phone calls because AGL disconnected my service in the first place. This creates a completely unreasonable

Pps apparently Darren cannot read another useless representative of your company. On the battery reward program feed in credits have changed to a prepaid Visa card with zero transparency as to how many you have and you are expected to wait almost a month in arrears to get that info. You're customer service rather than. Cc'ing me on a request for info from a different department told me it was my fault for signing up for the plan and then told me I would have to use 3 different methods of communication to get the info I wanted. Darren you have compounded my experience with this useless company. Changed from a solar to a solar and battery plan. Every bill till the new one was in credit. Suddenly a $60 bill, with Zero transparency for feed in credits. When you get through to the resolutions department rather than telling you how much is on your account, they tell you to wait 3 weeks for that info, they gaslight you telling you it was you're fault for signing up, and if you really want that information you will have to email a different department. No, I'll cc you and the answer should be in your emails in 48hrs or so, no sorry for the inconvenience. Told it's the customers fault for

After 4 years with AGL internet we have finally disconnected our internet service and I want to share the experience for the benefit of the next person. In the beginning it seemed good and it was cheaper than the rest.nWe figured, after a few months We'd have a look at our speeds and make sure that we were getting what we paid for. When the time came to review, we realised on the website at that time the plan we'd initially signed up for was made "unavailable" at our premises because, we didn't have the technology for that connection. AGL never called to tell us this and offer us the lower plan they just kept us paying for a service they knew they couldn't provide according to their own website. We called and messaged multiplies times to ask about getting refunded and switching to the cheaper plan all to no avail with no real answer for why they didn't tell us and just generally no accountability and some poor interactions with generally unhelpful and rude representatives. After 2 months of trying to resolve this, we ended up taking it to the ombudsman, which forced an upper level manager to reach out to us to come to an agreement in which to their tribute they credited our acc
