Extremely aggressive sales tactics—avoid. This company uses highly unprofessional, high-pressure tactics to create a false sense of urgency and will spam you with unlimited number of emails. If that doesn’t work, they try to reach out other staff in business to bypass you. This was the biggest red flag to us. A sales representative named Kevin Peelo was particularly relentless, pestering and extremely unprofessional and harassing our staff with daily emails for months. The only way to stop this harassment was to block any communication with them entirely and warn them to be reported to ACCC for such behaviour. Beyond the aggressive communication, their service offerings lack substance. They claim they will save you money but refuse to provide concrete evidence of those savings or any guarantee of locked-in pricing or letting you review and make an informed decision. Worst of all, their paperwork required granting them full access to all electricity accounts associated with single or multiple ABNs, rather than just the specific business we inquired about. Zembl fantastic. My Energy consultant Rhyne Collins was great. Gave me a range of options was cost effective but also was aware of our sectors demands. Wasn't pushy just helpful and very quick. 5 star service.
