No power for 9 hours, no water as we're on tank, food is spoiling, can't run my cpap, and they can't give me a fix time. Then Charlotte tells me if I rely on a machine at night I should have alternative place to go lined up, like I should plan... for an extended unplanned power outage. Not sure where she wants me to go with 2 kids at 9pm. 1 out of 10 stars Charlotte, you're as helpful as an ashtray on a motorbike.

Yeah, I live in Gloucester. The Lines came down. The team at essential energy with fantastic and would rate them as excellent great job

I live 20km from Braidwood NSW - in a very small place called Charley’s Forest- yesterday I got home (late in the afternoon) and found I had no power to my home - I logged the problem and at 11.30pm it was fixed! Truly amazing service- thanks so much.

Comes to house to upgrade solar sim from 4G to 5G. Doesn’t turn solar back on. Off for 12 days before realised. Refuses to acknowledge any fault despite CCTV showing your contractor doing it.

I was informed that the present Essential Energy Meter readers were not well trained and had made other mistakes in reading local meters other than mine. I am quite appalled at the way my complaint re the improperly read metre relating to my off peak water heater was dealt with. I was seriously misled by one operator on my second complaint. He only retracted his comments after I informed him I had dated photos of the three meters . I was later served with an outstanding bill with a late fee notice. Although I had been previously assured by the person from Essential Energy that re- read my meters ( several weeks later) showed that there had been an error of over reading regarding the off peak metre.. The disconcerting and continuous attempts to convince me of the need to pay the over charged amount owing to Origin was appalling slight on my ability to understand how the overcharge occurred. Luckily for me I photographed the metres when I first complained about the 86-52% increase in my bill for that quarter. . Clearly the problem occurred when an Essential Energy employer incorrectly read my one of my meters. It is singularly significant that even though the billing agents ar
