Alan recently sold my investment property and I couldn't be happier with his service. He was an excellent communicator with all stakeholders and is friendly and approachable, professional and knowledgeable. Alan goes the extra mile, for example, generously showed his appreciation to the tenant for the interuptions due to property inspections.
