I’ve had an excellent experience with my property manager Joyce and the team and genuinely couldn’t be happier with the service. Communication is great and they are very responsive, professional, and proactive in every aspect of managing my apartment, from leasing to maintenance. Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently, often before I even need to follow up. I also really appreciate that I receive regular updates on the property market and potential market value of my property from Tolga, the director, which keeps me well-informed. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management.
