👎👎👎Very disappointed with Allcare Physiotherapy. I called specifically for a chiropractic appointment, but somehow ended up being booked for physiotherapy instead. I only get one day off work, and that day was completely wasted. I’m not blaming the physiotherapist personally, but nothing was done to help with the issue I originally called about. The whole experience felt like nobody listened to what I wanted in the first place. I’ve had much better experiences with the previous owner. The service and attention to customers seem to have gone backwards. If the owner doesn’t contact me to discuss what happened, I will not be recommending this clinic to anyone. I meet a lot of people every day through my job and often get asked for recommendations, but after this experience I cannot recommend Allcare. Very poor communication and a frustrating experience overall.😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡

Diamonds stars for Rukshana who has been always amazingly professional and second of none physiotherapist over few years. I have many disks issue and Iam limping most of the time and Rukshana was the one who makes me walk with her spectacular treatment. Rukshana has been treating me, my family and all my relatives with passion, high standards of care and love and left all of us with unforgettable relief of pain. I could never imagine how comfortable I could sleep after every session with Rukshana without pain. Words cannot express my gratitude to Rukshana. I appreciate your help all my life. Special thanks to the practice manager Nada who helped me and my family all the way through over years.

After suffering from nagging lower back pain that became a painful issue. I was referred to Allcare. I can't thank CJ enough she identified the root cause tailored an exercise program and hands on treatment. Has gave me relief, feeling hopeful with the exercises to do. Nada at reception she is lovely too.

I am very happy with how Alice (the physiotherapist/chiropractor) treated me and with her thorough, client-centred care. She is very kind and considerate. Even on my first visit, she was able to fix my lower back issues and provided me with basic exercises to strengthen my back and relieve its tension. She performed a few adjustments and took her time to treat me well.

I never write reviews on businesses, especially if I have something negative to say but if you’re doing a work physio assessment at this place, ask to be reassigned to somewhere else. I recently did an assessment here under jobfit and the lady assessing me kept asking me questions throughout my assessment like “do you really want this job?” the whole environment felt quite judgemental. She also began rushing my assessment as she had another appointment afterwards. She made me do balance tests whilst on top of the massage table rather than the floor which affected my balance. She constantly left the room for equipment and would say things like “you’re supposed to be assessed with a 20kg weight but we don’t have that so this will do.” Completely unorganised, despite the fact my assessment had been booked two weeks beforehand. I struggled during the squat portion of my assessment as I have hyper mobility and have injured my knees in the past (something i expressed in the beginning). I needed to reach 60 seconds but in the moment she told me “it’s okay 40 is enough, it is says 40-60 seconds” which was untrue. I have done job physio assessments in the past and did not receive this treat
