Outstanding service from co-owner Terence! Firstly he hand-delivered my frames to me and then - some weeks later - made a special trip to my office to change the nose pads on the glasses. Just amazing customer service. Oh and the selection of frames is fantastic - as was co-owner Allan’s assistance in choosing mine.

17 June 2025 My annual Eyes Health checked by - Optometrist Terence Dam last week for the first time at his Alter Eyewear Optometrists. Terence is by far the best and thorough Optometrist I met over the last few years. He is masterful in providing detailed assessment on my eye conditions as well as providing effective treatment solution for my visual needs. He is friendly, patience and a trustworthy professional person in his industry. Terence strives for optimal patients outcomes. Alter Eyewear Optometrists ( Co-owners Allan Katz and Terence Dam ) provides plentiful of updated exceptional collection of stylish Designers specs-glasses frames ( lightweight type ). I am delighted to have found my unique glass-frame amongst their amazing collection ( Alter Eyewear ), for my 2025 prescription glasses ). I can’t recommend more highly. The fabulous selection of frames and the incredible service are next to none. I felt so at ease and relaxed when getting my eyes tested and then the very difficult decision of choosing frames. So many fashion forward & fun frames to choose from. Alan and his wife were so patient! I think I could have walked out with 5 different frames they were all so fabulous! I have had my eyes tested several times and found them all pretty overwhelming but Alan was so good and it was the most positive experience I could have ever hoped for. Can’t recommend more!
