I saw Margaret Lam today for my annual eye check-up, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. She was incredibly thorough and took the time to go through all of my eye scans with me, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood the results. I've been going to 1001 Optical for many years, but I can honestly say Margaret is the best optometrist I've seen by far. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the experience exceptional. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. Had a great experience with Margaret Lam during my eye check-up. She is soooooo good, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this place for eye examinations and their overall services.

I had an amazing experience at 1001 Optometry thanks to Christina. Her professionalism was outstanding from the moment I walked in. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. On top of that, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. It’s rare to come across someone so professional and approachable at the same time. Highly recommend!
