The diocese won't ordain women to the priesthood, it is rampantly anti the lgbtqi communities. I thank God I live in a more loving and accepting place. As a life-long Anglican, I am appalled at the way the Sydney hierarchy behave. Mind you, what else can I expect from an organisation run by misogynists and homophobes.
