ARH Homebush took incredible care of our Albert in a time where no one knew what was wrong with him. From the moment we walked in, to the multiple emergency visits, Dr Emily and the team at ARH truly helped us through such a tough time in our lives and cared for Albert as their own. He received treatment in a timely manner, and we were given regular updates on his condition. They practice patient-family centred care, involving us in all the decisions moving forward with Albert’s comfort at the forefront of every decision made. As we had never experienced something like this before, they were so incredibly compassionate and guided us through every step which has made long lasting results to his health after. ARH, you guys are the absolute best! We are forever indebted and grateful to you all and wish you guys got the recognition you all deserve.

We are incredibly grateful to Animal Referral Hospital Homebush for the genuine care and compassion they showed our beloved Lila. Lila had only been their patient since 2023, and our only regret is that we didn’t bring her to them sooner in her younger years. Even in that short time, it was clear how much they truly cared for her. She passed just a month shy of turning 15, and we are so thankful she spent her final chapter in such loving and capable hands. When Lila passed, they sent us the most beautiful flowers, and recently we received a condolence card signed by every staff member. Each note was so warm and personal, describing Lila in such a special way—it showed that they didn’t just treat her, they really knew her. They captured her bright, cheeky, and loving personality so perfectly. It brought us to tears, but also comfort and a sense of happiness knowing she was so loved during her visits and when she was confined. I’m incredibly grateful to the team at ARH for taking such amazing care of my dog. My dog had to go through a second surgery, and it was a very stressful and emotional time for me. But the staff were so kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. They not only provided excellent medical care, but also gave me so much reassurance and support. And the bravest moment — they even gave my dog a “Bravery Certificate” after everything he/she went through. It meant so much to me and truly shows how much they care about their little patients. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team at Homebush ARH. Our puppy, Coco, was unexpectedly attacked by another large dog. The injuries were traumatic and serious, and our whole family was heartbroken. Due to the severity and complexity of his injuries, he had to undergo multiple surgeries. Throughout the entire process, Dr Ariel Lee and Dr Vicki Wong communicated with us daily. Every single day, they patiently explained Coco’s condition, updated us on any changes, prepared us for the next procedure, and carefully outlined the treatment plan based on how he was responding. There were many moments when I was so overwhelmed with worry that I could not hold back my tears. During those difficult times, the doctors and nurses not only cared for Coco with exceptional professionalism, but also showed great kindness and compassion toward me and my family. Their encouragement and reassurance gave us strength when we needed it most. Dear Dr. Hubacker and the ARH Team, I have always said that good health is priceless. I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided to my dog, Nikki, this past Sunday. As our regular veterinarian was unavailable, this was my first experience with ARH. I was thoroughly impressed by your professional staff. I particularly appreciate your honoring our Healthy Pets Plus membership by waiving the consultation fee; this gesture was greatly appreciated. Nikki is recovering well and remains resilient. As instructed, we will attend a follow-up appointment with our regular veterinarian this Friday.
