Animal Tracks is the best vet in Sydney - hands down! After visiting many different vets in the area, and being disappointed or upset with the treatments and service, we are so grateful we were recommended Animal Tracks. You can tell they care so much about every single animal that comes through their doors as they truely treat and love them all as if they were their own. All the staff have been so helpful, thoughtful and amazing across all interactions, and have made the experience of going to the vets way less scary and draining. The puppy preschool course (one full day per week, for 4 weeks) is one of the best things you can do for your little pup. Vicki and Charlie do an incredible job of caring for and teaching the puppies both obedience and social skills. Our lil chi has come out of the program much more confident and with a much better understanding of commands! Additionally, the vets here are kind, compassionate and just lovely to interact with - along with our chi pup we also bring our 2 year old cat here and she's so comfortable with the team despite having poor experiences with vets elsewhere. We had such a wonderful experience with puppy preschool for our pup, Chisu! The team have been incredible so supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring every step of the way. It’s been amazing to see how much Chisu has grown in just a few weeks. He’s gone from a puppy who struggled to sit to confidently learning obedience skills, lead walking, and even tricks like roll over! The focus on positive reinforcement really made a difference, and we feel much more confident continuing his training at home. We also really appreciated the emphasis on handling and creating positive experiences at the vet. It’s clear how much thought has gone into making puppies feel safe and comfortable, which means so much to us as owners. Thank you for all the care, guidance, and encouragement we’ll truly miss coming in every week! We highly recommend this program to any new puppy owners.

Highly recommend this fantastic puppy school! The daycare format is absolutely perfect for busy parents and working professionals. Being able to drop off the puppy right after the school run and pick him up in the afternoon makes my daily routine so much easier. He has a jam-packed day of training and play, and comes home ready for a long, peaceful sleep. Best of all, I know he loves it there because he gets so incredibly happy and excited every single time we walk through their doors. A wonderful team and program!

My cavalier puppy Liora absolutely loved her time at puppy preschool! The team have been fantastic — so caring, patient, and genuinely invested in every puppy’s progress. They create such a safe environment for both big and small dogs, and I always felt confident that Liora was in good hands. The trainers were friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer every question I had. We’re so grateful for the support, training, and kindness. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the Puppy Preschool Program at Animal Tracks Veterinary Homebush！ Vicki and Charlie were incredibly patient, caring, and genuinely passionate about every puppy attending the program. You can truly feel how much they love and look after each little fur baby with so much care and attention. Our puppy Koffee thoroughly enjoyed the past four Thursdays at puppy preschool. Every Thursday night, we looked forward to receiving Vicki and Charlie’s email updates and adorable photos. It was such a joy watching Koffee make so many friends and learn new skills every week. We are so grateful for the experience and have already recommended this program to many of our friends. We really hope more puppies can be as lucky as Koffee to join this program during their critical socialisation period — it’s such a valuable and beautiful experience that will leave wonderful memories for both the puppies and their families. Highly recommended!
