Eating out in Australia ranges from beachside takeaways to hatted dining rooms, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Parramatta is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Parramatta follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. βIn the restaurant world, service often trumps ambienceβbut authenticity beats everything. This is a truly authentic South Indian gem where the non-vegetarian meals really shine. The nandu rasam is an absolute standout and a must-order. While the fried fish was a bit underwhelming due to being over-battered, the overall quality is undeniable. My only suggestion? Switching the playlist to Tamil music would perfectly align the atmosphere with the cuisine and make this place a total winner.

Taste is not good now a days. Got siraga samba briyani and naatu kozhi briyani, but taste is average. Mutton and chicken pieces are hard and seems like fried in oil and soaked in masala. It was authauntic once upon a time. Now its getting worse

Briyani - 8/10 (lost some points with the raita) Thaali set - 8/10 - tasty but more meat would have been better Mango lassi - 10/10! Just the way I love it and chicken lollipop was good too π Overall, pretty good experience. Just wish the place was a little more well maintained but definitely not as bad as some reviews.

I normally don't post. But i felt like I had to post this. Worst food ever! We have been to this place many times since opened and quality of the food and service is on the sharp decline. We went few days ago. Ordered mutton and chicken 65 biriyani. Mutton biriyani had no real mutton pieces on it rather some scraps of low quality mutton. At home you normally throw those out when cleaning mutton from the butchers. Chicken 65 biriyani had chicken 65 sitting on top over the some other plain tasteless rice. No effort to mix it properly with either. Full rip off. Last we ordered two falooda for the kids. We never saw that type of rip off in the life. It never had falooda syrup on it, normally pink color. It came with some fruits and chocolate ice cream. If your ingredients finished or you don't feel like making proper one just tell. Falooda charged each $11. Absolute piece of crap. Anjappar chain of restaurants worldwide have reputation for their food quality and taste. This place is absolute disgrace to the chain. NEVER IN MY LIFE to this place.

Came here for a late lunch and the food was honestly really nice. I donβt really go for south indian but Iβm glad I did. The server lady is really nice and her robot assistant is adorable. I guess the usuals donβt tip as the server was really confused when I left one. So, please make sure to tip the lovely lady at the front. Will definitely come back!
