Annex has been a brand I’ve shopped in for the last 3 years and each year the quality clothing and styles get better every time. I recently purchased the new linen Eastbourne tees - absolutely love the fit and how able to wear smart or casual makes it even better.

Great Style Clothing has appealing designs, and I had a great experience shopping at their Byron Bay store with really lovely service. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks, one of the items ripped due to quality issues. I intended to order more items, but when I reached out to customer support to address the faulty product, I was met with disinterest and even accused of damaging it. I also noted that there are very limited sizing options available for online shoppers. Overall, a simple quality issue could have been resolved with better customer service, but the execution just doesn’t meet expectations.

I visited a while ago and I fell in love with a pair of pants, however, didn’t decide to purchase right away. I decided to purchase, but they ran out of my size, I sent a note via their customer support and they got back to me right away! They found a pair in my size, gave me the sale price and shipped internationally! Amazing customer service and awesome products! Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer!
