I had an excellent experience in the store thanks to the lovely lady who assisted me. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She took the time to help me find what I was looking for and suggested a few other pieces that complemented my selection perfectly. Such a great experience in store at Bondi!! Hadn’t heard of the brand and I’m definitely a new fan. The girls working were super helpful and I love my new pieces. So excited to wear them in europe ☺️

I must have tried on half the range in the last week! Everything is so comfortable and easy to mix and match. The fabrics are beautiful quality, and I’m really looking forward to wearing all my pieces on my overseas trip soon. Indi was fantastic assistance too.🙌🏻

Came in for a casual browse, left emotionally supported by a pair of jeans. The store is super cute and thoughtfully laid out, which made it dangerously easy to find things I liked. The girls working there had great energy. They were friendly, helpful, and seemed like they actually enjoyed being there (which is rare and appreciated). Harry Styles’ American Girls was playing, which felt like a personalized welcome given I’m American, so thank you for that. The real highlight: the jeans. Not only did they make my butt look great, but the high-waisted cut felt like a gentle, supportive hug. I had no choice but to buy them. Also worth noting, the dressing rooms are spacious enough for a full range of decision-making dance moves, and the doors open and close with a level of quality that deserves recognition.

I honestly had the most amazing experience bikini shopping here. After struggling for so long to find something that actually fits and makes me feel good, I finally found not just one but a few that I absolutely love. I ended up getting a gorgeous yellow one and a green and white striped set, and I couldn’t be happier with them. What really made the whole experience though was the lovely sales assistant. She was so patient with me, bringing different sizes again and again without ever making me feel like a hassle. She kept checking in, offering help, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right fit. It’s rare to feel so comfortable and supported while shopping for swimwear, and this experience honestly gave me happy tears. I finally feel confident and excited to wear a bikini again. Thank you so much for such a beautiful experience, I’ll definitely be back 💛💚🤍

Current collection is gorgeous! Love the stripe pieces! Ended up going for the yellow swimsuit and I’m in love. Staff so friendly and helpful with sizes! Can’t wait to wear it next weekend for my birthday boat!

I have shopped loyally with Zulu and Zephyr for my entire adult life, investing in and loving all of the pieces I have bought. I have been denied an exchange request for a pair of bather bottoms that would have been the same style, colour, size and price because their customer care team has adhered to their 'FINAL SALE' terms above customer satisfaction. This would have been at no financial cost to the company so makes zero sense whatsoever, and has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I will never purchase from them again. It is disappointing that they adhere to their policies with such rigidity and do not assess customer requests on a case-by-case basis.

Absolutely stunning flagship store. Cool monotone look. The sales person was lovely. Knowledgeable about the brand and the range. This is a newly discovered label for me and I adore it. Soft, flattering styles and fabrics. Swimwear that is different from mainstream labels and so flattering. I’ll be back for more
