I recently signed up to become a member at this wonderful gym. The first thing I noticed was the super friendly staff that work here (especially Tamsin and the club manager Rhys). They made sure I felt super comfortable when joining this community. When I was showed the changing area, I was taken back by how pristine the bathrooms were. I was also super impressed by the top of the line equipment this gym possesses. I was also pleased to be greeted by some of the regular clients at this gym - they really made me feel apart of this wonderful fitness community.

Excellent Gym. Not too busy. The equipment is well-maintained, and there is a good variety of machines. Since I have signed up, the team have been very welcoming! I made the right decision signing up at Anytime Fitness Willoughby.

The manager offers a "free" 7 day trial but you need to pay a $100 key deposit and won't refund the money if you change your mind on the same day EDIT: Thanks for your response. I just want to clarify my experience so future customers have the full picture. When I arrived, I was given two options: - A 7‑day free trial, or - A $30 day pass. I chose the free trial, not the day pass. I paid the $100 refundable key deposit on the understanding that it would be fully refunded if I decided not to continue. After using the gym once and returning the key on the same day, I was told I would be charged the $30 day‑pass fee, even though I had specifically declined that option and it was never mentioned as part of the free trial conditions. The issue was only resolved because I returned to the gym another day and the refund was processed, but the information I was given at the time was different from what is written here in reply. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision

Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. Anytime Fitness has everything you need — great machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and plenty of space to train properly. The staff are legends, the vibe is supportive, and the club is always spotless.

I have been a member for many years and I still always come back to this club as my home. Af Willoughby has fabulous staff. Rhys (manager) is so friendly and approachable. The other staff always make sure the club is clean, always up for a chat and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Gym equipment is well spaced our, lighting is great and facilities are great. Will continue to re-sign my membership with AF Willoughby over and over!
